About Power Generation and Distribution
Main Switchboard
Switchboards are used for receiving, measuring and distribution of electrical energy, protecting the network from electrical faults. These are designed and constructed in accordance with IEC 61439, classification society standards and defense standards and are suitable for installations onboard ships. Marine electrical Switchboards comply to EMI EMC requirements and able to withstand shock and vibrations experienced onboard.

Automated Power Management System (APMS)
APMS is employed for the remote control and monitoring of power generation and distribution of electrical energy right up to the Sub Distribution Panel level and ensures continuous power supply to ships systems in accordance with the various operational conditions.
Features:
- APMS incorporates features such as breaker supervision, blackout recovery
- Has priority start, load dependent start/stop,
- Offer heavy consumer control etc. as per the vessel specification
Technical specifications:
- Customised as per project requirement
Motor Control Center (MCC) / Group Starter Panel (GSP) / Local Starter Panel (LSP)
MCC / GSP / LSP is an assembly to control group of motors / single motor from a central location. It consists of multiple sections connected to common power bus and a combination starter in each section. MCCs consists of DOL, S/D, Soft Starter and Variable Frequency Drives.
Features:
- LV Motor Control Center up to 690V, 2000A, 85kA/1Sec

- Adheres to IEC-61439
- Ingress Protection : IP-43
- Material: Mild Steel / Aluminium
- Fault Level :85kA, 1Sec
- BusBar: Copper
- Paint Shade: Customized as per customer requirements
Distribution Boards (DBs)
Distribution Boards are used to distribute power to various loads onboard. These include Power and Lighting Distribution Boards. We make customised distribution boards and power panels of all types required by the ships and marine platforms. DBs can vary from 5 subscribers to almost 50 subscribers, where as average number of subscribers hover around 20 to 30.

- Modular Design
Technical Specifications:
- Adhere to IEC 61439-2,
- IEC 61439-3,
- IEC 61439-4,
- IEC 61439-5standards
Battery Charger / Transformer Rectifier Unit (TRU)
A Battery Charger, also known as a Transformer Rectifier Unit (TRU) in certain contexts, plays a crucial role in ensuring that various types of batteries on ships, particularly Ship Service batteries, Engine Starting batteries, and GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System) batteries, are charged and maintained in optimal condition.
Features:
- Robust build to support the tough weather conditions
- Wide range of ratings available in chargers
- Offerings include AC-DC and DC-DC rectifiers
