Mr. Venkatesh Uchil
Managing Director

- Proven track record of driving business growth by securing new opportunities in diverse sectors like Data Centers, Metro Rail, and Pharmaceutical industries.
- Successfully qualified the company for automation and power distribution solutions in large-scale projects, demonstrating technical expertise and strategic thinking.
- Holds a B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunications and a PGDFBM from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, combining strong technical skills with effective business acume.
Mr. Shailendra Kumar Shukla
Executive Director

- Post Graduate Diploma in Weapon Control Systems from INS Valsura.

- A successful business leader in electronics, NAVCOM, and marine solutions, including supplies to Aircraft Carrier.
- Served in senior-level positions such as Vice President and Managing Director in foreign multinational companies.
- Approximately three decades of experience in Maritime, Technology, and Defence Industries.
Mr. Madan Pendse
Non Executive Independent Director
- Mr. Madan Pendse, aged 72, holds the position of Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company.
- He possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
- With over four decades of experience, Mr. Pendse specializes in Finance and Accounts functions.
- Notably, he spent 28 years at Mazagon Dock Limited (now Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited), serving in various capacities, including General Manager (F&A).
Dr. Tanuja Pudhierkar
Non Executive Non Independent Director
- Dr. Tanuja Pudhierkar, aged 50, holds the position of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the Company’s Board.
- She obtained her M.D. in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the University of Mumbai, along with various diploma courses including Gynecology & Obstetrics, Artificial Reproductive Medicine, Advanced Gynecological Endoscopy, and Specialised Advanced Gynecological Endoscopy.
- Additionally, she possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine & Surgery (M.B.B.S.) from the University of Mumbai.
- Dr. Pudhierkar boasts close to twenty years of experience in the field of Gynecology & Obstetrics.
- Throughout her career, she has been associated with prestigious hospitals such as K.E.M Hospital, Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity Hospital, Cooper Hospital, and has served as a consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist at Oma Hospital, Cozy Clinique & Nursing Home, and Dr. Shankar’s Polyclinic.
Admiral Nikunj Mishra
Non Executive Independent Director
- Mr. Nikunj Mishra, 67, serves as the Non-Executive Independent Director on the Company’s Board. His academic background includes an M.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Bombay and a PG Diploma in Business Management from IGNOU.
- With a career spanning 38 years, Mr. Mishra brings extensive experience, notably 34 years in the Indian Navy at various hierarchical levels and 4 years as Chairman & Managing Director at Hindustan Shipyard Limited. He also served as the Defence Attaché at the Embassy of India in Rome.
- Mr. Mishra’s accolades include being recognized as the “Best Naval Cadet” at the National Defence Academy, Pune. He excelled academically, securing the first position in the overall order of merit in both Naval Engineering Course and the Advanced Electronics Engineering Course.
- In acknowledgement of his contributions, Mr. Mishra was honored with the “Nao Sena Medal” by the President of India for the successful completion of Aircraft Carrier Modernization within a record timeframe. Throughout 2013-2014, he received numerous other awards and commendations for his exemplary service.
Mr. Vikas Jaywant
Non-Executive Independent Director
- Mr. Vikas Jaywant, 65 years old, serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company.
- He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. Electrical) and pursued his Masters in Marketing Management (MMM) from the esteemed Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
- Mr. Vikas is a certified Energy Auditor and holds the designation of a Chartered Engineer.
- With a professional tenure spanning over two decades, he has contributed his expertise to renowned companies such as Crompton and Greaves and Schneider Electric Ltd.
- Since 2014, he has held the position of Promoter Director at Oasys Energy & Applied Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Mr. Mohan Rao
Non-Executive Independent Director
- Mr. Mohan Rao, 75 years old, serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company.
- He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Science and pursued his Master’s in Science (Physics) from Mumbai University.
- Mr. Rao has held positions on the boards of companies such as Konkan Barge Builders Pvt Ltd and Vipul Shipyard Pvt. Ltd.
- He was appointed as a member of the National Shipping Board by the Ministry of Shipping in 2002 and also served as a member of the High Powered Committee tasked with drafting the National Shipping Policy for the first time in 1996.
Ms. Archana Rajagopalan
Non-Executive Independent Director
- Ms. Archana Venkata Rajagopalan, aged 51, holds the position of Non-Executive Independent Director on the Company’s Board.
- She possesses professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor, along with a Diploma in Information Systems Audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
- Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Hyderabad.
- With over 20 years of experience, she has worked across various industries and roles.
- Ms. Rajagopalan began her career in the real estate sector with the Hiranandani Group of Companies.
- She later assumed roles such as Chief Operating Officer at a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) firm focused on offshore financial processes and publishing services.
- Additionally, she served as an Associate Partner at IXCFO Services Private Limited.
- Currently, she is employed as a full-time staff member at HMS Vision, where she contributes her extensive expertise and experience.
